What is Interim PgM Leadership?
For every consulting engagement, there is a start and an end date, these engagements require the temporary leadership, strategic direction, expertise, industry knowledge and management to drive the delivery of a complex program of works. Working closely with the client to understand the objectives, gather requirements and collaborate on the program's execution. Once the program reaches its end date, the operational handover is delivered to the either the client's internal team or nominated provider ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities and knowledge transfer.
